Storage bins rental in DFW — containers that stay at your home
Searching for storage bins rental in DFW? If you need sturdy containers at home for a few weeks — to clear rooms for a remodel, declutter, stage a home or pack up seasonal items — STORVA rents 27-gallon totes that are delivered to your place and stay there. To be clear up front: we do not offer storage units and we don't store anything. Your packed totes stay with you.
Important: STORVA does not store anything
STORVA is not a storage company and does not offer storage units. We drop empty totes off at your home or business, the packed totes stay at your place the whole time, and we pick the totes up only after you've emptied them. Rentals can run up to 12 weeks in total, with extension rates listed on the pricing page.
When at-home containers make sense
- Renovation or remodel: clear a kitchen, bath or bedroom before work starts.
- Decluttering: sort and pack items while you decide what to keep.
- Home staging: clear counters and closets before listing photos.
- Seasonal or holiday items, short term: pack decor away for a few weeks while you reorganize.
- Flooring or painting projects: empty rooms quickly and put things back afterward.
Where packed totes go
Most people stack packed totes in a garage, spare room, closet or along a wall away from the work area. Lidded totes stack evenly, which keeps the footprint small. Keep a clear path and don't block exits.
Rental length
Packages include a set rental period, and rentals can run up to 12 weeks in total. Extension rates are on the pricing page. If your project runs long, contact us before your pickup date.
When a storage unit is the better choice
If you need things out of your home entirely, need space for furniture, or need longer than our rental limit, a storage unit is the right choice. See our storage unit vs totes comparison for an honest look.

Planning an at-home packing project
Start by deciding where packed totes will sit — a garage, spare room or a wall in a room that isn't being worked on. Measure the space roughly so you know how many stacked totes fit. Then pack room by room, labeling each tote with its contents and the room it came from, so putting things back is quick.
Keep a few totes for items you'll need during the project, and label those clearly so they're easy to reach. When the project wraps up, unpack in reverse order and stack the empties by the door for pickup.
If your contractor's schedule changes, adjust your pickup date early.
