What is STORVA?
STORVA rents reusable plastic moving totes in Dallas–Fort Worth. We deliver the totes to your door, plus moving dollies with every package except the Dorm / Studio. You pack and move. We pick everything up when you're done.
How much does it cost?
Packages start at $69. The Dorm / Studio is $69 and includes 10 totes and 1 week of rental time. The 1 Bedroom is $99 and includes 20 totes, 1 dolly, and 2 weeks of rental time. The 2–3 Bedrooms is $169 and includes 40 totes, 1 dolly, and 2 weeks of rental time. The 4+ Bedrooms is $219 and includes 60 totes, 2 dollies, and 2 weeks of rental time. Delivery and pickup are included, with no distance fees anywhere in our DFW service area.
What's included in every package?
Every package includes heavy-duty 27-gallon totes with snap-on lids, delivery, and pickup. Moving dollies come with every package except the Dorm / Studio, and you can add extra dollies for $9 each. Every tote is cleaned and sanitized after each rental, before it goes out again.
What areas does STORVA serve?
STORVA serves 29 cities across Dallas–Fort Worth, including Dallas, Irving, Garland, Grand Prairie, Mesquite, Richardson, Carrollton, Rowlett, Coppell, Rockwall, Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Prosper, Celina, Fort Worth, Arlington, Grapevine, Southlake, Keller, Colleyville, North Richland Hills, Denton, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Little Elm, The Colony, and Corinth. Delivery and pickup are free across DFW, with no distance fees.
How does it work?
Four simple steps:
- Book online and choose your delivery date.
- We drop off your totes, plus dollies if your package includes them.
- You pack and move.
- We pick up the empty totes from your new place.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes. Next-day drop-off is available across Dallas–Fort Worth. For weekends and the end of the month, book 2–3 days ahead to get your preferred date.
Why do you keep my card on file?
The card you use at booking is kept on file for rental extensions, late returns and any other charges described in our Terms. We may place a refundable authorization hold before pickup, which is released once the totes and dollies are picked up.
Do you deliver to apartments and gated communities?
Yes. The booking form has fields for your apartment or unit number and for gate codes or access instructions. We deliver to your door; if your building has an elevator, reserving it for move day helps.
How is renting totes different from buying cardboard boxes?
There's nothing to build, tape, break down, or throw away. Totes stack neatly, close with snap-on lids, and roll on dollies. They hold up better than cardboard, and we take them back when you're done.
How many totes do I need?
A dorm, studio, or small move usually needs about 10 totes (Dorm / Studio package). A 1 bedroom apartment usually needs about 20 totes (1 Bedroom package). A 2–3 bedroom home usually needs about 40 totes (2–3 Bedrooms package). A home with 4 or more bedrooms usually needs about 60 totes (4+ Bedrooms package). Not sure? Try our tote calculator.
How long can I keep the totes?
The Dorm / Studio includes 1 week. The 1 Bedroom, 2–3 Bedrooms, and 4+ Bedrooms packages include 2 weeks. Need more time? One extra week is $35 for the Dorm / Studio, $35 for the 1 Bedroom, $65 for the 2–3 Bedrooms, $100 for the 4+ Bedrooms. Rentals can run up to 8 weeks total.
Can you pick up at a different address than where you delivered?
Yes. We can deliver to your old home and pick up at your new one, as long as both addresses are in our DFW service area. Just add the pickup address when you book.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel 48 or more hours before your scheduled drop-off for a full refund. Within 48 hours of drop-off, a $25 cancellation fee applies and the rest of your payment is refunded.
